Details:
* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 15 to 25 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Greater Portland/Vancouver Metro, Central and Southern
Willamette Valley, South Washington and North and Central Oregon
Coast, Northern and Central Coast Range Valleys and Mountains of
Oregon, Foothills of the Northern and Central Oregon Cascades,
Willapa Hills and Adjacent River Valleys of Pacific and Wahkiakum
Counties, Lower Columbia River and Cowlitz River Valleys, and
South Washington Cascade Foothills.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Apparent (feels like) temperatures will be
locally lower, between 10 to 15 degrees, for locations near the
west end of the Columbia River Gorge.

Information:
Those planning to venture outdoors should use common sense and dress
warmly, making sure exposed skin is properly covered to prevent
frostbite and/or hypothermia.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

Avoid being outdoors in wet conditions which can increase the risk
of the body cooling down and becoming hypothermic.

* WHAT...Apparent (feels like) temperatures as low as zero to ten
degrees expected.

* WHERE...Western and Central Columbia River Gorge and the Hood
River Valley.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Details:
Patchy fog is developing throughout the Willamette Valley and
southwest Washington lowlands. Freezing fog will be possible in
areas that are below freezing and develop fog. Additionally, even
roads with no fog could see ice through Monday morning due to wet
surfaces freezing over. Take caution while traveling, as slick
roads may impact the Monday morning commute.
