In Washington, North Clark County Lowlands and South Washington Cascade Foothills Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Chances for sub-freezing temperatures below 32 degrees are high in Parkdale and Dee (70-90%) tonight into Sunday morning. However, the majority of the Upper Hood River Valley should remain above freezing with lows of 33 to 36 degrees, including in Odell. Information: Take steps now to protect tender outdoor plants from the cold. Consider temporarily moving outdoor potted plants indoors if they are sensitive to cold temperatures.
