Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
